    On chatgpt.com, open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.

    Click Create app, name it Signal Whisper, paste the URL and choose OAuth.

    Sign in with your Signal Whisper account and press Allow.

    In a new chat, turn on Signal Whisper from the tools menu, attach a chart and ask “What is this chart doing?”.

Developer mode is available on ChatGPT Plus and Pro on the web.

Only what you ask it to look up through Signal Whisper. It does not see your exchange keys or passwords.

How do I disconnect?

Remove the connector in ChatGPT settings, or revoke its key on your Signal Whisper API keys page.
