This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Information We Collect

We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your email address and name, when you register for an account or subscribe to our newsletter. Payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple App Store and Google Play); we do not store your full card details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the services You have purchased.
To contact You: To contact You by email regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services.
To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer.

Using Signal Whisper in ChatGPT and Claude

You may connect your Signal Whisper account to ChatGPT or Claude through our remote tools. During sign-in and authorization, we receive the information needed to link your account, including the assistant client name and approved redirect details. We use this to authorize the connection and issue an access key. The raw key is shown once and is not stored; we store a one-way hash. You can revoke a key from Account > API keys at any time.

For a tool call, we receive the tool name and the arguments the assistant sends, such as a ticker, asset type, category, usage limit, or chart image. We do not receive your ChatGPT or Claude chat history, memory, conversation summaries, or unrelated files.
For chart analysis, the assistant may send a base64 image or a public image URL, plus an optional MIME type and ticker. If you attach a chart image in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends us a temporary download link and the file's name and type, and we download the image from that link. We fetch and validate supported images up to 10 MB, then send the image to Google Gemini for analysis. Signal Whisper does not save the image bytes in its chart-analysis records. We store a per-account SHA-256 fingerprint and the analysis result in a cache for 24 hours so a repeat request can use the cached result. We use Google's paid Gemini API. Under its terms, Google does not use these images or the responses to improve its products, and keeps them only for a limited period to detect and prevent abuse.
To operate and secure the connector, we record the tool name, event status, duration, time, account/key identifiers, and limited tool metadata such as counts, ticker, asset type, category, cache status, and client name. Connector events are also sent to PostHog for product analytics. We keep connector event records for 12 months. Analytics events in PostHog are deleted for your account when you ask us to delete your data, and session recordings are deleted after 30 days.
Depending on your account and the tool you request, the assistant can read signals, forex setups, prediction markets, chart-analysis results, subscription and usage information, alerts, positions, orders, and auto-trading status. It can pause auto-trading, but cannot start it, change limits, move funds, or see exchange credentials.
Our connector uses Firebase Authentication, Firebase App Hosting/Cloud Run, Neon PostgreSQL, Google Gemini, PostHog, and Sentry for authentication, hosting, storage, chart analysis, analytics, and error reporting. Each provider processes this data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell connector data or use it for advertising.
To request deletion of your account, connector keys, or connector-related data, email support@signalwhisper.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. You can also revoke a connector key at any time on the API keys page of your account, which stops access immediately.

Data Security

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
